Catch 6 American wheels with only two axles…
The story of Frédérique's Wrestling seduced me, I present it to you as is ! (18/02/2008)
“C & rsquo; is (or rather it was ) a real 4L. It was my first car put into service in 1968 with which I spent part of my youth when I was a student. She took me to Morocco, in Spain, and Italy, in Ireland, in Belgium and in every corner of France possible.
4 motors and 2 boxes later I never had the heart to part with it and I kept it as a car in the countryside in the Landes. 20 years later, I loaded beams on the gallery and I was surprised to see the rear of the body go down to the ground ! I still did not manage to scrap it and I turned it into a pickup 6 wheels but actually paired. So we were able to continue riding together for a few more years until the constabulary spotted it and forbade me to use it on the road. She ended her life on the property, broken in half right outside the seat…After so many years of living together, I thought it was better than breakage and had her buried there at my place (after changing the oil, gasoline and coolant). The strangest thing is that I can't imagine it's over : who knows if in a few hundred years if it will not reappear and end up in a museum as an archaeological excavation ?!!!!!
This is the story of Catch, my 4L at 6 wheels, but actually only two axles !”
A beautiful 4L of beach at 6 wheels, of unknown origin (Thank you Neortic ! (18/02/2008))
It looks like the custom above.
It's Max (in creators) who discovered it near his home and Neortic who sent it to me (18/02/2008)
