If I talk about this film, is that we can see there 2 cars 6 wheels.
The first is the minute 00:31:09 and it's a Citroën CX Ambulance 2400 Tissier Series 1 from 1979
Click here to download the film sequence.
Nothing special, a beautiful and true Tissier as we would see again in our streets…
And then there's the star attraction, Minute 00:33:36, an exceptional vehicle, Renault Estafette a whole rotten, to 6 wheels that passes in front of goal, like it was a big chance !
I wondered for years with no one to answer about this Estafette. I even created a thread on the forum MotorLengend, but was taken to a wacky who tried to advertise my website at the time oto6 !
Here the Estafette in question
And the video clip that I had put on YouTube at the time…
There is still a fabulous website that talks about this Renault Estafette to 6 wheels, it is IMCDB which lists all the cars in all movies !!! To have !!!
Since 2007, I had never done this article because I expected to have more information on this 6 wheels and since very little time, in 2017, is 10 years after, I have a little info that confirms its existence, a photo of Sylvain Faivre, a mutual friend with Christian Leotard, who did appear on my Facebook page SixMania.
The concern now is that Sylvain will not answer my requests despite the fact that it is yet manager my Facebook page !
I would come complete this section as soon as I know a little.
That's the thing…
The image is clickable, we can see the 4 rear wheels and of the small metal tip between 2 axles… And we are in Paris…
