Since the beginning of his career, in 1937, he built or modified more 1000 vehicles and started to become famous in the 50, celebrity consecrated by orders from d & rsquo stars, Hollywood.
By an effect “snowball”, these orders resulted d & rsquo; other up & rsquo; that his work, directed with his brother Sam, becomes unavoidable, including with US movie companies; Barris Kustom City workshops then become the official supplier of vehicles for a variety of films (Batman, Out of sight, etc…), TV series (Manix, Starsky et Hutch, Knight Rider, Pink Panther, Bugaloos, etc…) or the biggest stars of the & rsquo; time (Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc…).
L & rsquo; d & rsquo age; gold production is between the & rsquo; year 1962, when he set up his workshop in the north d & rsquo; Hollywood, and 1983, when he auctions off some of its huge collection.

6 Ford V8 engines 8 liter engine (Ford offered to Barris!), is 48 cylinders, 48 d & rsquo pots; exhausts, 48 candles, 16 carburetors quadruple body, etc…
The steel body near 8 meter, construite par George Barris, is a leader & rsquo; work alone.
The motors are coupled in threes (online), each line being connected to a separate gearbox coupled to a single double bridge (actually two coupled differential).

The first lunar vehicle has been designed and built by Barris Kustom. After many d & rsquo; hours of research and development, George Barris designed and established its first concept d & rsquo; a lunar mobile unit offroad. The Moonscope is a lunar ATV that will allow astronauts to maneuver on the moon surface.

Luxury car, length 7 meters, was created by Hollywood legend automotive design Jay Ohrberg. In total, he developed over 500 models other incredible vehicles.
