Chevy Van 8 wheels – Antti Rahko
It's almost by chance that I discovered that I had a picture of van created by Antti Rahko in my collection of pictures waiting. From this I could see on a blog, his van that contained only 3 axles when it has 4.After some research, I discovered that the blog was cut picture, masking the front axle van.
I tabled this photo in the article Finnjet d'Antti Rahko under the name of 1984 RV Chevy Van. It appears in a page it would be a 1984 GMC… Can anyone confirm ?
The page that describes the result is an eBay ad expired in July 2008 which would have remained in line 2 days, Antti which was selling all, van and trailer for sauna 3800,00 $.
The van is sold like the pictures, but without the vibrating bed ! (lol)
It was built from 3 vans (as Finnjet…) with 4 axles, the front and rear directional. The engine is a 350 V8 was only 18.000 miles. The electric system includes 2 networks 12 VDC and 120 volts AC. The hydraulic suspension from a Kenworth truck.
Antti Rahko said spending 2000 hours to build.
It's an RV upscale, equipped with an oak kitchen, with microwave, frigidaire, stove, sink and a custom sofa around a kitchen table. It is equipped with a CB President, cassette player, television, WC, sunroof, pergola, heating and a king. See photos, there is also a leather chair, a lounge bar, an air-conditioning, etc.
His trailer 1 axle contains a sauna and a shower.
